Women’s Health's new series of WH LIVE+ events feature appearances from your favorite trainers, celebrities, and experts.
The first event, happening Sept. 30, will focus on elite trainer Angela Manuel Davis leading a mindful moment, followed by a conversation between Nina Agdal and Women's Health's editor-in-chief Liz Plosser.
The second event will kick off with a workout from elite trainer Ben Bruno, followed by a Q&A with Kate Upton and Plosser.
Ever wish you could spend fall cozying up to some of your favorite power women, like model and fitness entrepreneur Nina Agdal or model and actress Kate Upton? Well you can do just that—and get time with some elite trainers they love while you're at it—thanks to the latest WH LIVE+ events, both of which are powered by Epic Bar.
The first is a mindful moment from elite trainer Angela Manuel Davis that's all about mental and physical strength. Register here and tune in for Hack Your Mind (And Body) on September 30 at 6 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT.
Following the workout, attendees can hang and listen to a convo about mental fitness with Davis, Nina, and Women’s Health editor-in-chief Liz Plosser. They'll chat about setting intentions, finding your why, and living with purpose.
Next up is Stronger, Stat: Energy Hacks, a special sweat sesh with elite trainer (and Women’s Health advisory board member), Ben Bruno. Ben will lead a 30-minute full-body strength workout from the Strong4Me Fitness program he developed with Kate.
One of us is a supermodel, and one of us knows every line of Dumb and Dumber by heart. Can you guess who’s who? @kateupton and I led a group workout in NYC this weekend with a bunch of badass women for our @strong4mefit program. It was a fun to be outside on the roof, and there were lots of nice views. Swipe left. PS- not trying to brag, but I know every line of Dumb and Dumber.
