Since Cheetos just released a holiday cookbook, you would think that this Cheetos Sushi is only something you can create yourself. This isn’t a recipe, however, and you can get the mind-blowing roll thanks to a partnership between Frito-Lay and Hissho Sushi.

The new Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Roll is made up of Spicy Krab, avocado, cream cheese, cucumber, and crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, and it’s drizzled with hot mayo and oil. Look, we know this isn’t a typical roll and it’ll take a minute for your mind to get used to it — but if you like wasabi on your sushi, just think of this as another form of heat.

You might not have realized it, but Hissho Sushi is carried at a range of retailers and grocery stores, including Target, Stop & Shop, Meijer, Kroger, Giant Food, Safeway, and more. You can find locations carrying the brand in 33 states and Washington, D.C.

“Our flavor-packed Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Sushi Roll offers an innovative mash-up of an iconic American snack with Japanese tradition, and brings the fire to sushi and Cheetos lovers like never before!” the description reads.

Even if you love Cheetos and sushi separately, you probably never thought you would be eating them together. Well, grab your chopsticks and you just might be surprised!
