  • Susan Lucci just dropped a new photo on Instagram wearing a cute floral dress while hanging with friends in France.

  • In the pic, the soap star got busy showing off her super strong legs.

  • When it comes to her workouts, Susan loves Pilates and even has her own Pilates chair.

Susan Lucci is having the summer of a lifetime, and she isn't shying away from sharing her adventures on social media. The 76-year-old soap star is jet-setting while looking fabulous, happy, and healthy, as usual.

This week, Susan shared a snap of her and three friends posing outside of a Chateaux in France, and it couldn’t be more chic. Susan is rocking a floral knee-length skirt with a black off-the-shoulder top. And her legs look SO strong in the pic. Seriously, goals!

“FRIENDS—the spin-off! So many Chateaux, so little time! 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽” Susan quipped in her caption. People loved the shot of Susan and her pals, naturally, and let the star know in the comments section. “Warms my heart to c u enjoying life with fine friends! C’est la vie!! ❤️” wrote one person. “Always beautiful,” added another follower. I couldn’t agree more. Susan always looks incredible, no matter the decade.

If you’re wondering how Susan has stayed so fit into her seventies, you’re in luck because Women’s Health has the inside scoop on all of her tips and tricks. First, Susan is a Pilates queen and takes a class or does her own practice at least six days a week, she told Fox News. ICYDK, this low-impact exercise is great for strengthening and lengthening your muscles using resistance, but without putting too much pressure on your joints.

She even endorses and promotes her own Pilates chair on QVC. And by the looks of her posture, and toned arms and legs, the exercise is definitely keeping Susan super strong. You go, girl!

Susan’s number one secret for keeping up with her workout schedule, though, is getting it in early. “I like to work out first thing in the morning,” Susan told WH. “Because then I know, no matter what happens for the rest of the day, I’ve done something good for myself.”

Susan follows a Mediterranean diet, which focuses on fresh veggies, fruits, and fish, per her interview with Fox. This can look different each day, but Susan gave Harper’s Bazaar a glimpse into her usual eating routine in 2018, and it sounds pretty delicious. Susan usually starts the day with a cup of coffee with organic sugar and whole milk (before her Pilates sesh, of course). Breakfast is more of a grab-and-go situation for the actress, she likes Greek yogurt with pumpkin seeds and lingonberries.

For lunch, Susan sometimes snacks on bread with beefsteak tomatoes, slices of roasted turkey, avocado, salt and pepper, champagne vinegar, olive oil, and fresh mango. Dinner often includes salmon, broccoli, and steamed carrots. Sometimes, Susan will even have a bit of champagne. “It's always good to have a little bubbly,” she shared.

Love to see Susan living it up, traveling, and of course, looking fabulous!
