  • Susan Lucci just showed up on Good Morning America to talk about Stroke Awareness Month, and she made sure to bring her fashion A-game.

At 76, actress Susan Lucci has every reason in the world to be showing off her super strong legs. The All My Children star (who famously portrayed character Erica Kane on the soap) made an appearance on Good Morning America to talk about Stroke Awareness Month in a long-sleeved, tweed minidress that she paired with pumps. It was definitely hard to miss how incredibly toned and strong her legs are in the photos GMA shared to it's Instagram account.

ICYDK, Susan is a stroke advocate after she discovered in 2018 that she had a 90 percent blockage in the main artery leading to her heart and a 70 percent blockage in a branch artery after having chest pain, per People.

During the visit, Susan had a hilarious moment with GMA co-host Michael Strahan, where she re-enacted her character's iconic slap. (If you're not familiar with it, here's an amazing reel of her slaps throughout the years.)

Of course, her legs were getting lots of love in the comments section on the pics GMA posted, because how could people not notice?! "Look at her legs!!!" wrote one fan. And another commented, "She is EVERYTHING!!!😍."

Susan posted about her visit on her own Instagram account, where she noted "swipe to see me teach @michaelstrahan the art of a Erica Kane slap! 🤗❤️."

One way Susan gets her legs (and core) super strong is by doing Pilates. She shared with Closer Weekly in January 2022 that she actually does Pilates workouts six days a week. “I do several forms. I love my Pilates Pro Chair because it gives me cardio at the same time, but I also work out with a mat and a vinyl ball,” she shared. “I intend to keep it up this year, and I am looking for ways of stepping it up, too.”

Susan shared a video of herself getting in a Pilates Hundred workout back in February 2022.

And she also fit in another Pilates workout post-Thanksgiving in November 2021.

Back in 2018, Susan told Harper's Bazaar that she isn't feeling her age affect her outlook and activities. “I feel as good now as I ever did in my 20s and 30s, maybe even better physically,” she said. “What I’ve learned is that if you train hard, you can offset some of what you’ve got going against you. People look at me and say ‘Wow, she doesn’t seem old, but she is old.’ Meanwhile, the reality is if you’re strong, you’re beautiful, no matter what age you are.”

When she's not pulsing in a Pilates pose, Susan seems to enjoy getting outside for some fresh air. In fact, the pickle ball craze appears to have swept Susan up, and the actress shared a snap on Instagram of a lesson she took back in October 2022.

As for her diet, Susan's all about keeping her heart healthy. She told People that she follows a Mediterranean diet. She also told Harper's Bazaar that she isn't a big alcohol drinker, and that she often enjoys a special lunch "sandwich" that involves subbing bread for beefsteak tomatoes, and then adding in turkey and avocado.

Recently, Susan shared a pic of a heart-healthy breakfast she enjoyed, which included non-fat plain Greek yogurt, a drizzle of local honey, chopped organic walnuts and Anjou pear. Yum!
