“Wellness” means something different to everyone, and actress Susan Lucci just shared a little sneak peek into what the practice looks like for her.

The 75-year-old Emmy winner dropped a fabulous photo on Instagram of herself literally glowing while standing outside of a spa. In the pic, Susan is working a gorgeous, strapless, floral dress and strappy heels, while showing off her seriously strong arms and a peek of her sculpted legs.

“Sunshine, palm trees and the Spa!!! Total wellness! 😊😊😊🌴🌴🌴💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽,” she wrote in the caption. People cheered her on in the comments. “You are one of the most stunning women I've ever seen,” one wrote. “You always look so beautiful and vibrant!” another said.

While the glow is all Susan, she’s made it clear she works hard to stay super strong. The All My Children star has been doing Pilates for over two decades, according to People. “I started doing Pilates when I was in my mid 40s. I thought it was called ‘pie-lattes’ because I didn’t hear anyone talk about it, I just read about it,” she told People.

“The All My Children studio was near Lincoln Center and I used to see all the ballerinas and the dancers and I thought I don’t want to bulk up," Susan added. "I want to have long, lean, toned muscles. And I found out that through Pilates you can achieve those strong, lean dancer muscles.”

Now, Susan actually has her own Pilates Pro Chair, which she uses daily. And she’ll also just bust out Pilates moves in her living room, because why not? It's a great low-impact workout that targets specific muscle groups (as Susan well knows!).

Susan has also been trying her hand at a new sport, Pickleball, which has become super popular of late and gives you a good cardio workout. And she wrote on Instagram that it’s been “so much fun.”

Susan previously told Women's Health that she works out six days a week. “I try to take one day off, because you're supposed to take a day off,” she shared. “But I’ll always do something, because I find my body craves it.”

Susan makes sure to load up on healthy eats, too. She kicks off her day with coffee with organic sugar and whole milk, before working out, per Harper’s Bazaar. After that, she’ll have Greek yogurt with organic pumpkin seeds and lingonberries.

For lunch, Susan tends to reach for roasted turkey, avocado, salt and pepper, champagne vinegar, olive oil, and fresh mango with a base of beefsteak tomatoes. Dinner might be a light salad with salmon, broccoli, and steamed carrots, with a glass of Champagne. “It’s always good to have a little bubbly,” Susan said.
