A few months back we learned another TV show reboot was coming our way and if you think I was excited then, you should see me now that the premiere is just over a month away. Set to grace televisions on March 16, HGTV and TLC will air new episodes of the early 2000s series While You Were Out.

For those of you who missed the original classic episodes, the show featured a team of designers and carpenters who redecorated a room in the house of an unsuspecting but much deserving person "while they were out," either busy elsewhere or discretely getting distracted by an accomplice.

This time, it'll be hosted by Ananda Lewis, and designers and carpenters from both HGTV and TLC will be given $10,000 (as opposed to the original $1 to $2 thousand) to secretly re-do a room while the person's significant other sends them on a weekend getaway. An excellent addition to the already magical experience, if you ask me!

On the star-studded reboot, you'll see Bristol and Aubrey Marunde, David Visentin, Hilary Farr, Karen E. Laine, Mina Starsiak, Nicole Curtis, and Vanilla Ice, with Trading Spaces castmates Carter Oosterhouse, Sabrina Soto, Doug Wilson, Hildi Santo Tomas, Kahi Lee, Ty Pennington, Vern Yip, and Frank Bielec.

But wait, that's not even the best part! Each network will have slightly different versions of every episode...so you'll have the ultimate crossover experience with seemingly double doses of all your favorite celebrity home stars.

Watch the premiere on March 16, 2019 at 9/8 c on HGTV and TLC.
