He started off by comparing a photo of Jenner taken in 1973 when she was 18, and then another shot of the Kardashians star in 1983 when she was 27, suspecting that she had a nose job during the years in between. "To my eye, the nose looks more narrow, both in the bridge and tip. These to me are signs of a potential rhinoplasty that she may have had sometime between the age of 18 and 27.

When looking at photos of Jenner from 1990 to 1994, Linkov noted that he saw "no change" in Jenner's facial features. "In 1995 at the age of 40, there is some increased facial fullness to Kris' face, but I think this is most likely due to a pregnancy around this time," he said. He also couldn't find any differences in her face the following year, and "the same through 1999."

"In 2001 at the age of 46, what I'm seeing now is the introduction of Botox to the forehead, glabella and crow's feet," he said, while analyzing a photo of Jenner from that year. "Notice how the lines around her eyes are nearly completely gone compared to just two years prior," he added while holding up another image of Jenner from 1999.

"Also, I'm seeing some signs of a potential brow lift, with or without an upper blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery)," he went on. "Kris now has more supratarsal show, and that is essentially the platform where a lot of makeup is applied to the area over the eye," Linkov explained.

In 2006, when Jenner was 51, Linkov said that when taking a closer look of a photo of her during that year, "I'm seeing the introduction of possible cheek filler."

He continued: "There is a fuller connection between the actual cheek complex and the nasal side wall, but there's still a smooth transition from the upper cheek to the lower cheek," he added.

"It doesn't look like they're two separate compartments, and you'll see that change later on," he noted. As Jenner rose to fame on Keeping Up With The Kardashians during its 2007 premiere, Linkov said that during that year he saw the "continued use of cheek filler and possibly also under-eye filler" regarding Jenner.

That year, when Jenner was 52, Linkov noted: "when you look at her nose, it looks like what we call an inverted 'v' configuration. This has been becoming more prominent over the years, ever since the potential rhinoplasty. What this [means] is that you can see distinctiveness of the nasal bone, separate from the upper lateral cartilages," he added, explaining his thoughts.

In 2008, Linkov said he saw signs of "the start of lip filler, especially the upper lip," as it was "starting to look fuller and that it has a bit more definition." In 2011 when Jenner was 56, Linkov added: "I think Kris might have had a facelift around this time."

"She seems to have admitted to it on a reality show," he went on. "Her neckline looks improved, and there's less bunching under the chin. It looks to me that she might have had cheek implants around the same time. There's now more separation between the upper and lower cheeks on both sides."

When the "momager" was 58 in 2013, Linkov shared that he thought Jenner got dental work. "It seems to me that her teeth have changed a bit. She may have had veneers," he said while studying Jenner's smile. "There's a color change and there's also a slight tooth contour change across many of her teeth."

One year later in 2014, Linkov thought: "Kris may have started to get some eyebrow thinning around this time." He noted that the loss of eyebrow hair is normally "age-related" or due to malnutrition or a hair loss condition like alopecia.

"In 2016 at the age of 61, it looks like Kris may have started to address her eyebrows with makeup and/ or microblading, applying these fine strokes of an ink that is essentially a superficial type of tattoo, akin to scalp micropigmentation," he said.

Linkov added that 2016 was a big year for the mom of six, as he also noticed "enhancements to her upper lip, and this may indicate persistent use of lip filler." He then jumped to 2021, when Jenner was 66.

"I think that Kris may have undergone a cheek implant revision," he said, adding that "there is now more anterior projection of the cheek medially and there's a more obvious step off beneath the rest of the cheek."

Linkov then flash forwarded to 2023, when he could see "some signs of a potential facelift revision, and some people have speculated about that on the internet."

When you look at her jawline as you go from "March 2023 to July 2023 and all the way out to October 2023, you can see that tightened appearance, both to the neck area and the actual jawline," Linkov went on.

"In 2024, you see that nice stable jawline configuration that persists, and I see no other changes," he added. Linkov then computed the possible expenses for the treatments that Jenner may have received over time.

The alleged treatments comprised of a nose job, eyebrow lift, eyelid surgery, Botox, fillers for the cheeks and lips, a face uplift, dental veneers, and implants for the cheeks. According to his calculation, the estimated cost for these treatments amounts to $420,000.
