It Sure Looks Like Miley Cyrus Is Shading Her Exes With This New Post
Miley Cyrus is newly single after ending her whirlwind relationship with Kaitlynn Carter. If you've been living under a rock these past few months, let me catch you up to speed: Cyrus reportedly got together with Carter following news that her marriage to Liam Hemsworth was ending. That breakup was one of the biggest stories of the summer, and I'm still not over it.
Now Cyrus isn't attached to anyone—and it seems one of her new Instagram Stories posts is about exactly that. The "Slide Away" singer posted a sleepy selfie of herself and her two dogs with this caption:
"Happy Sunday from me and two stinky dogs," she wrote. "Waking up surrounded by animals is my favorite way to start a morning. I am immediately reminded to love without conditions…the best part about animals is that they are careless about the details. They live by the golden rule…love and be loved. Nothing in between. No questions regarding wealth, career, talents, race, age, sex…They love back 100X…all they ask is to be cared for in exchange for loyalty, reliability, and faithfulness (reminds me of someone)."

It's possible, of course, that Miley Cyrus's message isn't a dig at anyone—it may just be a love note to her two dogs. But the timing is suspicious, to say the least. Her personal life is at the center of pop culture right now. I think it's safe to say she knows fans will be reading into this.
But for those who think Cyrus's mentioning "faithfulness" is a hint that cheating happened in one of her relationships, let me stop you right there. While we don't know why she and Carter broke up, Cyrus did take to Instagram a few weeks ago to address rumors she cheated on Hemsworth.
"I refuse to admit that my marriage ended because of cheating. Liam and I have been together for a decade. I’ve said it before & it remains true, I love Liam and always will," she tweeted at the time.
