Supreme Just Dropped Two Very Cool—and Very Weatherproof—Collaborations

You can count on Supreme for many things: long lines, logo-adorned streetwear, and of course, collaborations upon collaborations. Each season, the streetwear juggernaut has more than a handful of partnerships on deck. There are the usual suspects—Nike, Vans, Timberland, etc.—and then there are the less-expected wildcards. (Like this season’s burner phone or dirt bike, for example.) And this week, Supreme dropped two relatively expected—but still extremely covetable—collabs with Levi’s and Clarks Originals.

To start, this season’s Supreme x Levi’s aren't your average pair of blue jeans. The three-piece collection—which includes a trucker jacket, five-pocket pant, and bucket hat—is made from nylon and comes with cozy quilted lining. Made exclusively for Supreme, the wares are offered in three colors: canary yellow, desert camo, and black with contrast stitching. The light fill provides warmth from the elements which will surely come in handy the closer to winter it gets.

Similarly, the brand’s footwear collaboration with Clarks Originals offers a winterized version of a streetwear icon: the beloved Wallabee. The Wallabee is one of Clarks’ most eccentric styles, an instantly recognizable silhouette with a long history in streetwear. Crafted from water and stain-resistant suede, the Supreme-exclusive (and winter-ready pair) is outfitted with weatherproof Gore-Tex lining, ensuring dry feet in miserable cold wet weather—and breathability on dryer days. The boot is rounded out with a rugged Vibram outsole that offers durable support and next-level traction. In typical Supreme fashion, you can cop the boot in a variety of classic and not-so-classic colors: tan and black for the former, and eggplant purple and woodland camo for the latter.

Both collaborations are a sign of what Supreme does best: taking classic styles like a Levi’s trucker jacket or the Clarks Wallabee and tweaking it into something new. You won’t find canary yellow jackets and pants in your local Levi’s store the same way you can’t buy a Prince-level purple Wallabee directly from Clarks. Which, of course, is why you go to Supreme.
