Supreme Brings Leopard Print Faux Fur to the Vans Half Cab and Old Skool Sneakers

Longtime collaborators Supreme and Vans are linking once again this week, as both the Half Cab and Old Skool come dressed in leopard print.

Both sneakers will release in three colorways featuring the animal print in faux fur. Options are available for either black, blue, or orange suede for the Half Cab and Old Skool. On the Half Cab, leopard print faux fur covers the collar and another panel as it wraps beneath the eyestay. The Old Skool then features a greater application of the print, as it decorates the quarter and collar.

On top of the usual branding, Supreme’s Gothic script embroidery takes its place on the heel.

Before becoming sister brands under the VF Corp. umbrella, Supreme and Vans have been collaborating with each other since 1996. An eight-year gap preceded their second effort in 2004, and ever since they’ve released sneakers together at least once per year. Their most recent effort came in June with both the Skate Grosso mid and Era taking on a $1 print.

The North Face and Timberland, also owned by VF, collaborate with Supreme on at least an annual basis as well.

The Supreme x Vans Half Cab and Old Skool will release this Thursday, Dec. 15, through Supreme’s website and physical stores. Pricing has not yet been revealed but should come in around the $100 mark for each, with the Half Cab fetching a slightly higher feed.
