Support local breweries during Colorado Pint Day

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — Today, Eli Gerson and Rhyan Montgomery of Ramblebine Brewing Company joined WesternSlopeNow to talk about Colorado Pint Day.

On Colorado Pint Day, beer lovers head to local breweries to pick up limited-edition pint glasses while supporting the Colorado Brewers Guild (CBG). CBG aims to promote, protect and propel independent craft breweries in Colorado.

This year there are a record-breaking 225+ breweries across the state participating. The event is always held on a Wednesday during the spring which is typically a slower period for breweries in Colorado.

Plus, this year’s Colorado Pint Day marks the third year in a row that the Guild has hosted an art competition among brewery members. This year’s pint glass design theme is spring skiing and pond skimming. Rhyan Montgomery, a beertender for Ramblebine Brewing Company, won the competition and has her design on all of the pint glasses!
