Super Bowl LVII is almost here. Although the Eagles and the Chiefs may be rivals on the football field, there’s one thing that brings some players from both teams together: a love of dogs.

Players from both teams have a passion for canines, with some even using their status to help dogs in need. Check out some of these NFLers who love their pups just as much as they love football.

Zach Pascal

Derrick Nnadi

Chiefs defensive tackle Derrick Nnadi isn’t just a dog lover — he’s a dog advocate. Nnadi works with the KC Pet Project to help animals in Kansas City receive the care they need.

Creed Humphrey

Chiefs center Creed Humphrey is another dog advocate. He adopted his dog, Beau, from Saving Pets at Risk (SPAR) in his hometown of Shawnee, OK, and has been an advocate and spokesperson for them since.
