  • 2 baking soda

  • 2 ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 ground cardamom

  • 1/2 salt

  • 1 orange

  • 3/4 sugar

  • 2 large egg whites

  • 1/4 extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 fat-free plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 grated carrots

  • 2 fresh or thawed frozen cranberries, divided

  • 1/4 shelled pistachios, finely chopped

Directions
