PLAINS, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — After Wednesday’s storm and the clouds Thursday morning, it turned into a nice day.

Many locals took advantage of the sunshine to celebrate Curly Creme Ice Cream’s Opening Day in Plains, Luzerne County.

Dozens welcomed the warm weather by stopping by the popular business

Curly Cream is open most days from 12:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and is cash-only
