Summer 2024 guide to farmers markets in Larimer County

Warmer weather has arrived in Northern Colorado, which means farmers market season is in full swing.

Wherever you are in Larimer County, there are several farmers markets offering up fresh produce, live music and more this summer.

Here’s more about the markets in the area and when they open:

Farmers Market at Fairgrounds Park

The City of Loveland Farmers Market runs every Sunday from June through September and boasts several special events throughout the summer, including monthly artist markets the last Sunday of each month with 15 additional booths by local artists.

Where: Fairgrounds Park, 700 S. Railroad Ave., Loveland

When: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sundays in June through September

Fort Collins Farmers Market

“From our farm to your table,” the website for the Fort Collins Farmers Market says. The market operates twice a week into the fall, rain or shine, and features nearly 50 vendors in the Ace Hardware parking lot.

Where: 1001 E. Harmony Road, Fort Collins

When: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sundays (May 5 to Nov. 10) and Wednesdays (June 12 to Sept. 25)

Larimer County Farmers' Market

The Larimer County Farmers’ Market — the oldest farmers market in Northern Colorado — operates Saturdays through October in Old Town.

Where: Larimer County Administrative Services Building parking lot, 200 W. Oak St., Fort Collins

When: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays (May 20 through October)

Loveland East and Loveland West farmers markets

Two Loveland Jax Outdoor Gear, Farm and Ranch locations are homes to farmers markets this summer.

Loveland East Farmers Market

Where: Jax, 950 E. Eisenhower Blvd.

When: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Fridays (June 7 through Sept. 27)

Loveland West Farmers Market

Where: Jax, 2665 W. Eisenhower Blvd.

When: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays (April 23 through Nov. 5)

Timnath Sunday Farmers Market

Enjoy local food vendors and live music the second Sunday of each month through October on Main Street.

Where: Colorado Feed & Grain, 4138 Main St., Timnath

When: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. the second Sunday of each month from May through October

Wellington's Main Street Market

Enjoy summer Thursday nights strolling through Centennial Park while perusing local food and artisan vendors starting in July.

Where: Centennial Park, Wellington

When: 4:30-7:30 p.m. Thursdays (July 11 through Sept. 19)

Windsor Farmers Market

Windsor’s weekly farmers market features vendors of all types, from produce and other foods to pet supplies and bath and body products. Some weeks will highlight art vendors or offer complimentary yoga in the park.

Where: Farmers Market Pavilion at Boardwalk Park, 100 Fifth St., Windsor

When: 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturdays (June 1 through Aug. 31)
