'Sullivan's Crossing' Fans, Brace Yourselves for Some Disappointing News
Well, folks, Sullivan's Crossing has aired its season 1 finale and we're completely stunned by the events that took place.
The final episode of season 1 culminated in Maggie Sullivan (Morgan Kohan) finally going on trial after being sued for negligence — and she's questioning all she knows about the practice she loves.
This is all happening as her father Sully (Scott Patterson) is about to lose Sullivan's Crossing, and her maybe-or-maybe-not romantic interest Cal Jones (Chad Michael Murray) is struggling to figure things out after kissing Maggie (and still mourning the loss of his wife a few years back). But the real cliffhanger came in the final minutes of the finale, when Sully's devastating connection to Lola (Amalia Williamson) was revealed and he fell unconscious while alone in his home.
Between all the love, heartbreak and shocks delivered in the last episode, we understand why Sullivan's Crossing fans are itching to see more from the hit CW drama. While the news isn't all good, it does come with a silver lining.

But fear not, fellow TV-watchers. In an announcement posted on the show's official Instagram on December 13, the Sullivan's Crossing team revealed they are already busy working on season 2.
"Are we renewed for Season 2, you ask?" read the official caption. "Why don’t we let the cast tell you... 😁👏."
Fans of the show didn't hold back their excitement upon learning the news that Sullivan's Crossing season 2 is officially in the works.
"So excited for season 2! So many cliffhangers that I NEED answered asap! Love Sullivans Crossing! ❤️," one person exclaimed on Instagram. "Excited for season 2!" another declared. "I hope it’s really soon because that ending?! Excuse me what! 😭😭😭 I’m going to be ugly crying for days now 😩," a different follower noted.
So, what is there to expect from Sullivan's Crossing season 2? Well, after the events of the season 1 finale, let's just say we'll be keeping our ears to the ground to find out what happens to Maggie, Sully, Cal and everyone else at the Crossing.
