Suki Waterhouse May Already Have This A-List Co-Star in Mind for Becoming Her Child’s Godparent

With Suki Waterhouse’s baby bump growing (and her maternity fashion looking as chic as ever), everyone is dying to know the details about how she and Robert Pattinson will be as first-time parents. And it seems even her A-list buddies can’t wait until their firstborn is due! Not only that, but one of Waterhouse’s former co-stars even asked her to be the godmother.

Recently, actress Camila Morrone talked to Extra via People about how she asked Waterhouse to be her child’s godmother, saying, “I actually want to be the godmother. I asked her, which you are not really supposed to do as a godmother; they are supposed to give it to you, but I asked for it. So, we’ll see.”

She then raved about her BFF, saying how she already knows she’ll be the best mom. “I think Suki must be seven [months], but don’t quote me on that. You should see her any minute now with a beautiful bump,” she said. “I’m very happy for them. They are amazing people. She is going to be the best mom.”

Their child isn’t even born yet, and A-listers already want the rights to the title of godparent. We truly love to see this abundance of love, and we hope Morrone gets her wish!

For those who don’t know, Morrone and Waterhouse have been close ever since they starred together in the hit show Daisy Jones and the Six. In a dual interview with EOnline, Waterhouse said: “We developed our friendships as we started filming. It’s impossible when you’re working with everyone so closely to now know every single detail of what’s going on lives.”

Morrone added, “Also, just being silly and delirious—so many night shoots, so many long days where we would just lose our minds and do it together. So, being there for each other when we were on the down or struggling or working through scenes, we’re just there for the good and the bad.”

Waterhouse and Pattinson have been together since 2018, and have reportedly gotten engaged. They announced they were expecting their first child in Nov 2023.
