The ‘Suits’ Cast Just Had Another Reunion—But No Sign of Meghan Markle Once Again

The Suits cast just reunited for the 2024 Super Bowl…minus Meghan Markle.
Today, the Suits cast returned to the courtroom for an all-new commercial that aired during the Super Bowl. The ad was in honor of e.l.f. Cosmetics’ best-selling product, Halo Glow Liquid Filter Complexion Booster ($14), and it featured Gina Torres (Jessica Pearson), Rick Hoffman (Louis Litt) and Sarah Rafferty (Donna Paulsen) reprising their roles. To no surprise, Markle (Rachel Zane) is nowhere to be found.
In the commercial, the Suits cast return to their roots when they receive summons to appear in court for Judge Judy. The ad is directed by Zach Woods (Silicon Valley, The Office).
The Suits cast members aren’t the only familiar faces who appear in the full-length version of the commercial. The Super Bowl ad also features comedian Benito “Benny Drama” Skinner, singer Meghan Trainor, Jury Duty star Ronald Gladden, RuPaul’s Drag Race’s HeidiNCloset and athlete Emmanuel Acho.

There are a few Suits alums—including Gabriel Macht (Harvey Specter) and Patrick J. Adams (Mike Ross)—who aren’t featured in the Super Bowl ad. But most notably, Markle is missing from the bunch.
This shouldn’t come as a huge surprise, since the Duchess of Sussex, 42, was excluded from other Suits reunions, like when the Macht, Adams, Torres and Rafferty appeared at the 2024 Golden Globes to present the award for Outstanding Drama Series (which went to Succession).
Despite her absence, the Suits cast revealed that this Super Bowl reunion was a long-time coming. Hoffman told People, “It was peak happiness.” Rafferty added, “It was like coming home.”
Perhaps Markle is waiting to reprise her role in the Suits spin-off? (The chances seem slim, but we can hope.)
