Hi, have you also had a hard time sleeping on Sunday nights since Succession ended? Yeah. The shocking gut-punch of the final season (and whole show, TBH) saw the death of Logan Roy, the sale of Waystar Royco to GoJo, Tom as CEO and the ultimate implosion of the Roy siblings. But we're not here to talk about that because I'm not a TV critic, just a double Pisces with a lot of emotions.

Yes, Succession is one of the greatest television shows to ever air — and Emmy noms all around. Yes, it was emotionally devastating in a way that actually made us feel terrible for the worst people. And, yes, Logan Roy is really dead and soon-to-be-daddy Tom Wambsgans is the head of Waystar Royco.
But I really cannot stop thinking about one thing, and that's Shiv Roy's sunglasses from season 4, episode 3, "Connor's Wedding." And I know I'm not alone.

While she first wore the oversized dark green sunglasses to her brother's wedding, they ironically turned out to be the ultimate mourning accessory. Dark, but what else would you expect?
Obviously, Shiv's fashion has drastically changed from her pre-Waystar Royco, pre-blunt bob political consultant days. But by Season Two, she burned the cardigans and pulled out all of the tailored menswear-inspired looks from designers like Tom Ford, Ralph Lauren, MaxMara and Thierry Lasry, who happened to design these very sunglasses.
Per the excellent Instagram account @successionfashion, the exact sunglasses that Shiv wore to Connor and Willa's wedding (and the public announcement of her father's death) are the Thierry Lasry Unicorny sunglasses in translucent emerald green.

TBH, I was fully convinced that Shiv's sunglasses were these classic Tom Ford ones! No, they're not deep green but they're definitely major Shiv vibes.
