Everlane‘s beloved footwear collection just got better with the release of rain boots. These aren’t your average clunky, full-shaft rain booths, either. Leave it to Everlane to make rain boots comfortable, chic and affordable, at just $75 a pair.

The new Rain Boot is a versatile, ankle-height style made from 100 percent rubber and with enough tread to withstand slippery rain or icy snow. The low shaft, front and rear pull tabs, and elastic panels make for easy, comfortable wear — but it doesn’t stop there.

Everlane designed a custom cushioned sole for “cloud-like comfort,” according to the description. The flexible rubber makes the boots easy to wipe down and roomy enough for thick socks.

[Gifted] Never thought I see the day when I went out looking for mud for Instagram. But when @everlane sent me a pair of their new rain boots to try I had to test them out in all Scotland has to offer. And this weekend Scotland offered snow, ice, rain and plenty of mud! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The verdict so far is a big thumbs up! They have a really sturdy sole with plenty of grip (very useful in the mud), the shorter height makes them easy to get on and off and most importantly they kept my feet dry and comfortable. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Plus they have been approved by Charlie (the dog)
