The Big Wheel bike was introduced in 1969 by Louis Marx and Company and its popularity began to rise throughout the '70s. The bike was inducted into the Toy Hall of Fame in 2009 and found its home at the Strong Museum. Since its rise in popularity, the Schylling company has relaunched new designs of the bike while upholding its legacy.
“Big Wheel has been a nostalgic memory for many as they remember learning how to ride and going on adventures on their bikes," Senior Vice President of Marketing," Kassandra O’Brien said. "We want to pass those memories down from parents to children so they can experience the thrill of a Big Wheel bike.”
