A Stripped-Down, Body-Painted Kylie Jenner Stars in Acne Studios' Fall Campaign

Kylie Jenner has a new fashion gig: On Thursday, Swedish fashion label Acne Studios unveiled its Fall 2023 denim campaign, starring the youngest KarJenner clad in its latest denim styles and plenty of greased-up body paint.

"I love the organic relationship I’ve built with Acne Studios. I am a fan of the brand and I've worn their product over the past few years," Jenner said in a statement.

Photographed by Carlijn Jacobs and styled by Leopolda Duchemin, the campaign features Jenner "Adorned with body paint reflecting this season's denim washes — an evolution of the fabric at the heart of Acne Studios," the brand noted in an Instagram post.

"This campaign is one of my favorites," Jenner added. "I loved working with Carlijn and I love the simplicity of the images, they have strength in their directness."

In one image, a gritty, stripped-down Jenner wears an oversized jean jacket and baggy, low-rise jeans, styled bare-chested beneath and with pointy-toe pumps. In another, she dons a denim micro bandeau top, similarly voluminous jeans and holds a mini bag.

Closeup shots feature Jenner in a pair of sporty, oversized sunglasses with a dirt-splattered effect and damp-looking hair. And, in one of the most curious and haunting images of Jenner we've seen since her Dazed beauty AI shoot, Jenner poses with... herself... for a very Lindsay Lohan "Parent Trap" moment. But, you know, greasier and sexier.

The full campaign is accessorized primarily with the aforementioned body makeup, for an effect that feels equal parts "sexy mechanic Halloween costume," "scantily clad Lost Boy" and "Christina Aguilera 'Dirrty': 2023 interpretation."

Earlier in the week, Acne had teased the campaign via a short video clip on social media, also lensed by Jacobs, featuring closeups of Jenner's famously long nails, smatterings of body paint and flashes of denim:
