Strawberry Yogurt Tarts Recipe
Servings Per Recipe: 15
Serving Size: 2 Tarts
- 2 pkg. mini phyllo shells (15 count)
- 6 oz. nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon orange juice
Thaw phyllo shells according to manufacturer’s directions.
Mix all filling ingredients together. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Fill each shell with 2 teaspoons of yogurt mixture.
For best results fill shells just before serving.
