Strawberry Coconut Milkshake
This milkshake is truly decadent and luscious beyond belief. When strawberries are in season, their flavor is so remarkable—and what better way to enjoy them than blended with creamy coconut and floral bee pollen?
1 cup strawberries, plus more for serving
1 frozen banana
1 cup coconut milk
Grated zest of 1⁄2 organic lemon
1 to 3 teaspoons bee pollen (depending on what you’re used to eating), plus more for serving
2 ice cubes
Combine the strawberries, banana, coconut milk, lemon zest, and bee pollen in a blender. Add the ice cubes and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Garnish with sliced strawberries and a sprinkling of bee pollen.
