May 20—Do you have items stowed away in one of the many local self-storage facilities? Have you used self-storage in the past or are you contemplating renting a unit in the future? If so, we'd like to speak with you.
As self-storage facilities continue to pop up across the region and state, we'll be looking at why this type of business is a boon for developers, customers, and the cities and towns in which they're located. We'll also explore why the facilities are not so welcome in places like Old Lyme, where there's a moratorium in place.
