Which Stores Are Open On Thanksgiving Day 2018?

Thanksgiving kicks off a season of family, friends and, let’s be honest, all the food. But it’s also the time to ring in one other serious holiday tradition — scoring major shopping deals.

Whether you need a last-minute roasting pan for Turkey Day or are prepping to hit the stores with a gift list (and serious shopping mojo) in hand, these are the stores that will be open on Thanksgiving Day, including Target, Sephora, Kohl’s, Walmart, and Best Buy.

Target

Target stores open at 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving this year to kick off the company’s Black Friday deals and will stay open until 1 a.m., reopening again at 7 a.m. for, well, more shopping.

Ulta

Shop in-store starting at 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day and online starting at 5 p.m. CT.

Walmart

You can count on one of the biggest of the big box stores to open at 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving for Black Friday sales.

Best Buy

Score the electronics and entertainment gifts on your list at Best Buy starting at 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Most stores will stay open until 1 a.m. on Black Friday and reopen at 8 a.m. on that same day.

Sephora

Opening hours vary by location but if past years are any indication, then most stores will open at 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day and stay open until 1 a.m., reopening at 6 a.m. for Black Friday. Get a sneak peek at Black Friday deals now.

Sears

Kohl's

Old Navy

Stores open at 3 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day so shoppers can pick up deals from Old Navy’s (pretty killer) annual seasonal sale. On Black Friday, you can count on doors remaining open until 10 p.m.

Macy’s

Opening hours vary by stores, but most locations will open at 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving and remain open until 2 a.m. on Black Friday.

JCPenney

Stores open at 2 p.m. on Thursday. Get started shopping online with the store’s Black Friday early access deals.
