A new store on Military Avenue offers streetwear for women | Streetwise

GREEN BAY − A new clothing store that offers urban and streetwear clothes for young women recently opened at St. Agnes Square.

Highly Desired, 1239 S. Military Ave., offers body suits, dresses, pants, shoes and bags for women between 18 and 35 years old. Sienna Stevens and Kendra Brundidge, co-owners of the store said they saw there was an opportunity to offer high-fashion urban and streetwear clothes for women in Green Bay.

"If you want to find a cute little dress for the summer," Brundidge said. "There really isn't a store where you can find one."

Stevens and Brundidge, both from Green Bay, said they started selling clothes over a year ago through a partnership with PLAGRND Clothing at Bay Park Square mall. As the clientele grew they decided to branch off and open a store.

"We started with four different outfits and a couple of sizes," Stevens said. "But now we have expanded to plus sizes, shorts, jeans and the sexy (dresses)."

The prices range from $25 for a shorts and top set to $30 for a dress and $40 for a varsity jacket. There are also yoga pants and top sets, shoes, bags and jumpsuits.

"Everything is price-pointed and affordable," Stevens said.

They also offer eyelash extensions at the store as both Stevens and Brundidge worked as eyelash artists prior to opening Highly Desired. Stevens said they have plans to find a larger space in the future.

"When we first got here we felt (the space) it was very big," she said. "But now we are thinking we might need more space."

The store is open from noon to 7 p.m. Wednesday to Saturday.
