  • Susan Lucci just dropped a BTS photo on Instagram showing off her sculpted legs in a cute short dress for a daytime show appearance.

  • The actress has been vocal about her love of Pilates, which she's been doing for years.

  • Susan has also been working on her pickle ball game lately.

The Queen of Soaps, Susan Lucci, knows how to make an appearance. Case in point: The star just posted a behind-the-scenes look at her latest television appearance, and she really brought it. In the picture, you can see Susan rocked a floral minidress for an appearance on The Tamron Hall Show, and it's hard to miss how mega-sculpted her legs are in a cute pair of heels.

“What fun yesterday on The Tamron Hall Show. I need more Pickle Ball lessons!😂😂😂❤️❤️❤️," she captioned her sweet post. Obviously, everyone loved this look on Susan, and made sure to let her know how strong she is these days in the comments. “👏👏 Absolutely perfect dress on you. Perfection,” wrote one fan. Well said!

Susan, who is 76, has been a strong presence (literally and metaphorically) on everyone's TV screen for decades. So, it makes sense you might be curious about her health and wellness routines. For starters, she’s a big pilates gal. The All My Children star has been doing Pilates for over two decades, according to People. “I started doing Pilates when I was in my mid-40s. I thought it was called ‘pie-lattes’ because I didn’t hear anyone talk about it, I just read about it,” she told the magazine.

These days, she loves it so much that she promotes the Pilates Pro Chair on QVC and on her Instagram. (And if you’re not following Susan on IG, you should fix that stat.)

Susan previously told Women’s Health that she does ten moves a day on this machine, logging 30 to 100 reps of each move.

Susan also stays very active in general. She told WH she works out roughly six days a week. "I try to take one day off because you're supposed to take a day off,” she says. “But I’ll always do something because I find my body craves it.”

She’s been trying her hand at pickle ball, which is a great sport to play to get the heart pumping. Susan shared on Instagram that learning has been “so much fun.”

Susan makes sure to eat lots of healthy foods as well, so she can keep up with her active lifestyle. She begins her day with a cup of coffee with organic sugar and whole milk ahead of her workout, she told Harper’s Bazaar. As a post-workout treat, she’ll have Greek yogurt with pumpkin seeds (organic, of course) and lingonberries.

For lunch, Susan opts for a plate filled with roasted turkey, avocado, fresh mango and beefsteak tomatoes topped with champagne vinegar and olive oil. Dinner is usually a light salad with salmon, broccoli, and steamed carrots. And don’t forget the champagne. “It’s always good to have a little bubbly,” Susan said.

Amen, Susan.
