The Stone Barns Center's Farm Fête Imagined What We Will Be Eating in 50 Years

What is the future of food? That's the question guests were asked to consider at the Stone Barns Center’s 2018 Farm Fête, which explored how we will be eating in 50 years.

Chef Dan Barber of Blue Hill at Stone Barns created a "Meal of the Future" for the September 25 gala at the Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture in Pocantico Hills, New York. The nonprofit organization was founded in 2004 by David Rockefeller and his daughter Peggy Dulany to train farmers, educate eaters and lead to a brighter food future. It's based in a number of historic barns that John D. Rockefeller, Jr. and his family built as a dairy operation in the 1930s.
