Although we just transitioned to spring, it’s never too early to start thinking about your summer beach plans. In fact, it might even be a bit late.
If you still need to book your beach rentals for vacations this summer, we know how stressful the search can be. To help you out, we have a list of rental options showing what’s still available, and what rates to expect, for beach stays this summer.
This is not an exhaustive list of available beach rentals, but it should help you figure out what you'll need to budget and if you need to rearrange some of your vacation plans.

Idle Time, Milford
Idle Time is a beachfront vacation home in Milford with only a few Airbnb openings left in late August.
The rate is around $275 per night for the entire house, which holds six guests across three bedrooms. The rental allows pets and has free parking and private beach access.
Located in a quiet community, guests can enjoy family walks or bike rides with children. If you’re looking for offsite fun, the boardwalk, DE Turf Sports Complex and historic downtown Lewes are all a few minutes away.

Hall Cottage, Fenwick Island
Hall Cottage in Fenwick Island is mostly booked for the summer but has a few Airbnb dates left in early June.
The rental costs about $200 per night, depending on the duration of your stay, and is fit for four guests across two bedrooms.
Located on a quiet block between Bethany Beach and Ocean City, Maryland, guests have lots of options for how they want to spend their days. From the house, guests are only a short walk away from local bars, fine dining and shopping.
If your group loves the beach, the cottage supplies two beach chairs, a beach parking pass and an umbrella. Nearby is the Fenwick Boardwalk, Thunder Lagoon Waterpark, Viking Golf & Go-Karts, Coastal Kayak and Fenwick Islander Bicycle Shop.

Rosewood Beach House, Rehoboth Beach
Rosewood Beach House in Rehoboth Beach has Airbnb openings in June, July and August. This blue home can accommodate 12 guests across five bedrooms and runs for $575 per night.
Rosewood is less than 10 minutes away from the beach, making for an easy 1.6-mile bike ride, with no need to get on Route 1. Guests are provided with two summer season Rehoboth parking passes, and the home features a yoga deck, a screened deck, a backyard with a grill and fire table and parking for four cars.

Need to get out of the house? Jungle Jims, Blue Coast, Thompson Island Brewery and bike rental are all less than five minutes away. Within 10 minutes, you’ll find various Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach attractions, like beach yoga, boutiques and bars.

Bowers Retreat, Frederica
In Frederica, Bowers Retreat has plenty of Airbnb bookings available during the summer and runs between about $470 to $523 a night, depending on your stay.
The rental includes the entire home and is fit for 10 guests across three bedrooms. Board games and beach toys are provided, and guests have access to the entire front and back porches, front and back yards and parking spaces behind the house.
Bowers Retreat has a view of the bay and the river, is 10 minutes away from the DE Turf Sports Complex and is across the street from local bars and restaurants.

Heart of Dewey, Dewey Beach
Heart of Dewey in Dewey Beach has no shortage of openings this summer. It is dog-friendly, sleeps eight guests across three bedrooms and runs for around $450 a night.
As the name suggests, this light blue home is one block away from the beach and comes equipped with free driveway parking for at least three cars; beach chairs, umbrellas and toys; a picnic table; and a fenced yard.
The location lends itself to easy access to local shopping, dining and activities.

Contemporary one-bedroom, two-level home, Rehoboth Beach
This contemporary rental has ample availability through the summer months and runs for around $250 per night. It sleeps four guests with one bedroom and is located at Washington and Jefferson streets in a gated community.
The home was renovated in April of 2020 and features a large furnished patio with a grill and remote-controlled sky lights. It is seven blocks away from the beach and four blocks away from Rehoboth Beach attractions.

Bethany Bay condo, Ocean View
This second-floor condo in Bethany Bay, a resort community in Ocean View, sleeps six guests across two bedrooms and costs $146 per night.
Located at 1204 Pavilion Drive, the space is a few miles from Delaware beaches and local attractions and looks out to water views from an enclosed balcony.
The property features a shared pool, nine-hole golf course, hot tub and boat launch that is perfect for paddleboards and kayaks. Free parking for two cars is available in unassigned parking spots in front of the condo on a first-come, first-served basis.
