Stephen 'tWitch' Boss' Autopsy Report Sheds New Light on His Death

It's been just over five months since the passing of Stephen "tWitch" Boss, and new autopsy results are now providing more details about his unexpected death.

As we know, Boss tragically died at age 40 on Dec. 13 of last year, with his cause of death being ruled as a suicide soon after.

But a new autopsy report obtained by Entertainment Tonight has revealed more details about his passing, confirming that there were no drugs or alcohol found in his system at the time of his death.

The late dancer and DJ was struggling with his mental health up until his passing, which his wife, Allison Holker Boss, confirmed earlier this month in her first interview since losing her husband.

"No one had any inkling that he was low. He didn't want people to know," she previously told People. "He just wanted to be everyone's Superman and protector."

"It's been really hard because I can't understand what was happening in that moment [he died]," said Holker Boss, who had been married to Boss since 2013.

The pair first met in 2010 while on the competition series So You Think You Can Dance, before going on to tie the knot three years later. They also shared three children together: Weslie, 14, Maddox, 7 and Zaia, 3.

"Stephen brought so much joy to this world, and he deserves to be remembered as the beautiful man he was," Holker Boss also told People, noting that she is trying to carry on his legacy with their children every day.

"We want to be okay—and we are okay—but it's taking a lot of work together," she added.
