If your inner-child has always dreamt of snoozing next to sundaes or lounging by your favorite icy treats, Booking.com is hosting a giveaway that is sure to grab your attention. In honor of National Ice Cream Day, which takes place on July 18, the travel website is giving users a chance to book a one-night stay in a fully-functioning ice cream truck (a pretty sweet one, at that) in New York City.
Thanks to amenities that include a fully-stocked flavor fridge, milkshake making station and an all you can eat toppings bar, this is one stay you don't want to forget your toothbrush for. With one double bed, the ice cream truck comfortably accommodates up to two people. The one-night stay in the decked out ice cream truck also includes a handful of excursions sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.
"Lucky guests who score a booking - or the “gelato-ry” - will be treated to an overnight stay in a private ice cream truck with a cold confectionary packed itinerary featuring a Downtown Manhattan ice cream shop walking tour, tickets to the Museum of Ice Cream and more," a description on the website for the listing reads.
Keep in mind that bookings open on Friday, July 16 at 10:00AM EST and are available on a first come, first serve basis for two overnight stays occurring on Saturday, July 17 and Sunday, July 18.
