Start-up queen Jaclyn Johnson, a 38-year-old serial entrepreneur turned angel investor and millennial CEO whisperer, has listed her home in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles for $3.99 million.

Johnson bought the charming, 1940s Spanish-style villa at 1666 Micheltorena St. for $2.44 million in 2020.

That was the same year that Johnson made her second exit — selling a majority stake in her media company, Create & Cultivate, for $22 million.

That company made her name, and her fortune, as she hosted online and in-person conferences where aspiring CEOs could meet and mingle with successful businesswomen and celebrities like Jessica Alba, Tyra Banks, Chrissy Teigen, Issa Rae, Martha Stewart, Chelsea Handler and Kim Kardashian — along with feminist icons such as Gloria Steinem. Johnson is still involved as the company’s chief creative officer and hosts its weekly podcast, WorkParty.

The media company’s success, she has said, stems from recognizing a gap in “conversations, resources, events and community” for female millennial entrepreneurs. She has since launched Cherub, an online marketplace connecting “founders and funders” — angel investors and entrepreneurs.

“It’s like the dating app, Raya, but for deal flow,” she quipped.

Johnson tells Gimme Shelter she is selling in LA to spend more time at her Napa home.

The Instagram-worthy four-bedroom, 3½-bath residence is 2,883 square feet and has been featured in Architectural Digest. It was designed by Ginny Macdonald and inspired by boho-chic hot spots from Napa and Palm Springs to Tulum. Think fireclay tiles, terrazzo counters, white-oak custom cabinetry, Kelly Wearstler light fixtures, creamy colors and spa-like details including a Japanese soaking tub.

There’s also a cozy living room with a fireplace and a chef’s kitchen with a breakfast bar — and 180-degree city views from almost every room. The indoor-outdoor living space features a 30-foot pool, a fire pit in the front of the house and another outdoor fireplace near the pool — along with entertaining areas and a sundeck with city views.
