Stars Who Nailed by the Mob Wife Aesthetic

We’ve seen so many fashion trends come and go, from the coastal grandmother ensembles we made at the thrift store to the cottagecore dresses that look like they were made for Disney princesses. But the latest trend that has captured our hearts is obviously the mob wife aesthetic.

We already know the clean girl aesthetic and minimalist trend are back in 2023, so we’re all about maximalism this year, and the mob wife aesthetic is perfect for it. Loud and luxurious in the name of the game; you’re a baddie, and you want to remind the world of it with your ensemble.

For those wondering how you can achieve the mob wife aesthetic, you need a few pieces. First and foremost, you can typically start with an all-black outfit, but we’ve seen some awesome takes in different colors. After that, it’s time to bring out the leather, animal print, and faux fur.

Oftentimes, celebs and buddies have achieved this look with statement jackets, boots, sunglasses, and having something attached that has an animal print on it. Think Drea de Matteo in The Sopranos!

If you need more inspiration, then check out which celebs have nailed this look perfectly. Check out which celebrities have rocked this aesthetic over the years below:
