If your Starbucks food purchases max out at croissants and cake pops, you're missing out on some quality snacks. Besides RXBars and turkey jerky, select stores are adding vegan ice cream bars to the menu this summer, and the new treats are almost too pretty to eat. Almost.

Before you roll your eyes, yes, it's another healthy ice cream. I know, there are approximately a gazillion healthy ice creams in stores these days, and there are plenty of fair arguments to be made for just eating the real thing, but if you're vegan or dairy-averse, Dream Pops are pretty killer. Plus, they look cool AF — the geometric pops are made from 3D-printed molds, and come in pastel colors like pink, green, and yellow.

Dream Pops uses a coconut milk base to make their ice cream bars, as well as ingredients like matcha, passion fruit, and raspberry to get the pretty colors naturally. Even the sky blue vanilla pop has blue spirulina extract inside rather than an artificial dye. Flavors include Berry Dreams, Coconut Latte, Mango Rosemary, and Vanilla Matcha. Besides being vegan, the bars are also less than 100 calories each.

To get them in stores, you'll have to be in California, for now. Five SoCal Starbucks are stocking the bars through October 5th, and are only selling them between 2 and 5 p.m. According to Dream Pops' Instagram, the bars can be found at the La Brea and 4th, Melrose and Stanley, Third Street Promenade, Wilshire and Santa Monica, and San Vicente and Barrington locations.

If you're not in L.A. this summer, you can order the bars online starting July 15 (National Ice Cream day!). Dream Pops ships nationwide in trays of 10, and will have 'em to you in two days.
