Starbucks' Line Of At-Home Creamers Are So Good They'll Convert Black Coffee Drinkers

From Delish

Somehow it's taken Starbucks, the wildly popular coffee chain, this long to create its own line of at-home coffee creamers. And while it seems like this should've happened forever ago, when the warm, sweet flavors finally hit my tastebuds, I had a realization: They were probably testing each to perfection.

Now here's the thing. I should probably preface this by saying I am not a cream in my coffee kind of girl. I drink it black. So when challenged with this taste test, I was worried. Could I, an anti-cream lady, truly give an unbiased opinion? I decided to enlist a few co-workers to weigh in, but I wasn't going to let my taste preferences compromise this important journalistic work.

BRING IT ON.

I was already jittery from the few (read: four) cups I'd already downed earlier that morning, but lined up three more with enthusiasm. I may not like cream, but I sure like coffee. I was pretty conservative with my first pour, drizzling just a bit of the Cinnamon Dolce flavor in. My first sip was met with surprise. Did I...actually like it? It was subtle, but still carried a full-bodied taste. Dare I say, it was better than the latte version.

Fellow Delish-ers agreed. One went so far to call it a higher-quality Coffee-Mate. Also, if you're reading this Coffee-Mate, don't shoot the messenger! I'm just relaying the reviews!

Next up was the Caramel Macchiato. And guess what? Same deal! I LIKED IT. It was sweet, but not too sweet and had smooth swirls of vanilla and caramel. The White Chocolate Creamer was probably the fan favorite, though. It had the same familiar hint of a Christmastime white chocolate mocha, but wasn't too overpowering.

It's offish: This black coffee drinker loves each Starbucks creamer. That's when you know it's real. Am I convert?
