'Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II' Arriving on Nintendo Switch

Obsidian Entertainment and LucasArts' Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords is officially arriving on the Nintendo Switch.

According to reports, Disney confirmed that Aspyr will be porting the celebrated Star Wars game to the Nintendo model and will be dropping a "Restored Content" DLC. Information on the DLC is yet to be revealed, however players can look forward to its arrival on the Switch on June 8.

Knights of the Old Republic II was originally released in 2004 and takes place five years after its predecessor. A Jedi Knight known as The Exile — who was, if not evident enough, was exiled from the Jedi Order — must find and gather the other Jedi who are now nearly extinct in an attempt to overthrow the Sith.

Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords is available on the Nintendo Switch on June 8, with a PlayStation 5 remake on the way.

In other Star Wars news, Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea made a special appearance in Obi-Wan Kenobi (spoilers ahead).
