Star Wars: The Bad Batch season 3 re-introduces a fan-favourite villain in Asajj Ventress, and her voice actress is promised big things.
Responding to a question by Twitter user @drunkwooky at Planet Comicon over the weekend, Nika Futterman said, "It's all very exciting. But The Bad Batch is just an appetizer for what's to come."
A Sith assassin, Asajj Ventress debuted in 2003 Star Wars comic Jedi: Mace Windu.She appeared to die in 2015 Star Wars novel Dark Disciple, but with her return in Star Wars: The Bad Batch season 3, that doesn’t appear to be the case.

Ventress doesn't have long to demonstrate her new skills seeing as Star Wars: The Bad Batch season 3 is the final season of the show, but she might show up in subsequent Star Wars series.
Animated anthology shorts Tales of the Jedi season 2, for instance, could develop her story further. Alternatively, LucasArts and Disney might even announce she has her own spinoff show, similar to Ahsoka.
