Strawberry season puts a little extra pep in my step, how 'bout you? It means that the winter frost is OVER (finally!) and the spring thaw has arrived. I binge on strawberries as soon as they start arriving, but am always looking for a fun way to bring them to the beach or picnics that's not in another fruit salad. Now I've found it: just add rosé (and vodka, duh).

We've been known to turn otherwise-healthy fruit into vessels of booze: I turned fruit into shot glasses, which was quite a messy affair TBH, and we've made maraschino cherries the true star of July 4th with our Cherry Bombs. (Warning: No one should be alone with a bowl of these.) But strawberries always beat cherries and now these should be the star of your spring break.

The best part is that you can change the booze you use, depending on what you love. We went with a mix of rosé and vodka, but you could change it up with tequila, rum, even beer (you do you). The strawberries just need to soak in booze for about an hour or so before you drain them, pat them dry with a paper towel, and roll them in sugar for a sweet bite.
