Sprinkles Is Selling Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Cupcakes

Sprinkles has been known to get creative with its cupcakes, from its mini royal wedding cake replicas to its dog-friendly "pupcakes." But now, it's really outdone itself. For a limited amount of time, the chain is selling Flamin’ Hot Cheetos cupcakes, Delish reports.

The vanilla cupcakes have actual crushed Hot Cheetos inside and white cheddar cheese frosting on top, which is covered in another layer of crushed Cheetos. You can get them for $4-$5.25 at any Sprinkles bakery through Sunday, July 29.

Not everyone is eager to take advantage of this gimmick, though. People on Twitter seem to think Sprinkles has gone too far, with comments like "Ew :(,""no,""Y'all done gone too damn far," and "even I can't dream about this one."

Believe it or not, Sprinkles isn't the first bakery to incorporate Flamin’ Hot Cheetos into its good. Last year, a bakery in New Jersey made a bagel with chunks of the snack on the inside and Cheeto dust on the outside. People have also incorporated it into their rice crispy treats and burritos. Clearly, this is a polarizing ingredient: Some hate it with a passion, while others just have to put it in everything.
