Dancing with the Stars'newest season kicked off back in September, and it's been bringing all the glittery costumes, box steps, and painful eliminations that fans have been waiting a loooong time to see. Even before the season 32 premiere dropped, there was already a ton of buzz. For starters, former DWTS professional dancer Julianne Hough announced she was coming back as a co-host with Alfonso Ribeiro. Judges Derek Hough, Carrie Ann Inaba, and Bruno Tonioli also came back for season 32. Plus, the cast was absolutely chock-full of famous celebs.

Each season is full of new faces hitting the dance floor, but this year, DWTS also honored late judge Len Goodman by renaming the trophy the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy.

With this coveted trophy and DWTS champion title at stake, each week has seen some shocking (and, TBH, disappointing!) eliminations, as well as some big Ws.

There are only seven duos left now, and with a Taylor Swift night coming around the bend, you won't want to miss a single episode of DWTS to come.

Read on for more deets on the DWTS season 32 so far.

Who is in the DWTS cast this year?

Here are the couples who started out on season 32 (note: some have since been eliminated):

  • Jamie Lynn Spears, an actor and Britney Spears' sister, paired with Alan Bernsten

  • Charity Lawson, Bachelorette star, paired with Artem Chigvintsev

  • Ariana Madix, from Vanderpump Rules, paired with Pasha Pashkov

  • Jason Mraz, a singer, paired with dancer Daniella Karagach

  • Tyson Beckford, a supermodel, paired with Jenna Johnson

  • Barry Williams, from The Brady Bunch, paired with Peta Murgatroyd

  • Xochitl Gomez, from the Marvel franchises, paired with Val Chmerkovskiy

  • Matt Walsh, a comedian and writer, paired with Koko Iwasaki

  • Allyson Hannigan, from How I Met Your Mother, paired with Sasha Farber

  • Harry Jowsey, a TikTok star and former Too Hot To Handle contestant, paired with Rylee Arnold

  • Mira Sorvino, actor from Mighty Aphrodite, paired with Gleb Savchenko

  • Adrian Petersen, a former NFL football player, paired with Britt Stewart

  • Lele Pons, an influencer and comedian, paired with Brandon Armstrong

  • Mauricio Umansky, a real estate mogul and Buying Beverly Hills star, paired with Emma Slater

Eliminations:

Week 7:

On "Music Video Night," Lele Pons and Brandon Armstrong were eliminated. The judges and hosts appeared shocked as the duo scored 33 points out of 40 for their salsa homage to “Whenever, Wherever” by Shakira. “That one burns. I don’t think Lele should have been going home,” Brandon said of the results. The top scorers of the night were Jason Mraz and Daniella Karagach, who earned 35 points for their jazz performance to a-ha's “Take On Me.”

Week 6:

After "Monster Night" dances, it was time to say goodbye to Mauricio Umansky and Emma Slater! This duo finally got the boot after scoring low on the leaderboard throughout the season. Meanwhile, Xochitl Gomez and Val Chmerkovskiy took the top slot, with 42 points that night.

Week 5:

This week was "Most Memorable Year" night, which means very emotional dances. ICYDK, for this theme, duos are asked to recreate their most memorable years in the form of dance—which means lots of contemporary styles.

Mira Sorvino brought her daughter onto the dance floor in a rendition of Cyndi Lauper's "Time After Time," which paid homage to her role in Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion. The performance won over the crowd, but the audiences at home must not have been as convinced. Mira and her partner, Gleb Savchenko, were sent home after scoring a 22 out of 30.

Week 4:

DWTS'Disney Night included a brutal cut. NFL star Adrian Peterson managed to pull a 21 out of 30 with his partner Britt Stewart for his Viennese Waltz, which was higher score than three of the other duos. However, the pair was still eliminated.

Later, Adrien wrote on Instagram that despite their elimination, Derek Hough said their performance was the best of the night.

Week 3:

Although Mauricio Umansky forgot his steps last week and has been on thin ice so far, he was able to make a major comeback with a foxtrot score of 23 out of 40. Instead, it was supermodel Tyson Beckford and his partner Jenna Johnson who drew an unlucky straw this week.

The pair was eliminated with a score of 20 out of 40 for their foxtrot to "Master Blaster (Jammin')" by Stevie Wonder.

Week 2:

Goodbye, Zoey? On week 2 of DWTS, Jamie Lynn Spears, best-known for her role as Zoey Brooks in Nickelodeon's Zoey 101, was voted off with her partner, Alan Bersten.

Although the duo earned respectable scores from the judges, they were put in the "danger zone," along with football star Adrian Petersen. Sadly, Jamie Lynn got the boot.

"I appreciate the tremendous amount love and support, but this was an amazing experience, and I’m very happy to have been apart of it," she wrote on Instagram after her elimination. "So excited to see all the fabulous contestants and their partners continue to KILL it each week!"

Week 1:

Matt Walsh, political commentator and host of The Matt Walsh Show, was sent packing at the end of the premiere episode. Matt and his partner, Koko Iwasaki, did the cha cha to “Poison” by Bell Div DeVoe, and it kind of fell flat.

While they scored a super low 12 points out of 50, they weren’t the *only* team to rank that low—Harry Jowsey and Rylee Arnold, and Tyson Beckford and Jenna Johnson, also scored 12s.

After all the votes were counted, Matt and Koko, and Mauricio Umansky and Emma Slater were in the bottom two—but Matt and Koko were voted off.

When does the next episode air?

DWTS airs every Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT at ABC, and simulcasts on Disney+. You can tune in next week to see who gets eliminated during week 7!
