Silvio Silicone Bread and Loaf Pans, Set of 2

Amazon

Amazon

$14

$10

I see the weather cooling down as permission to start baking weekly again. I already own metal loaf pans, but no matter how much oil and flour I use to line the pan, sometimes the treats I worked hard to bake get stuck. That just isn’t an issue with these silicone loaf pans, and a set of two is just $10. Baked goods just pop out of the flexible silicone molds, which measure 8.9 by 3.7 by 2.5 inches. One shopper wrote that there’s “no need to coat with butter or oil before baking” because “the final product just slides right out.”

Le Creuset 3.75-Quart Enameled Cast Iron Cassadou

Amazon

Amazon

$315

$220

Traditionally a cassadou is a French pot used to prepare fresh fish stew, but this elegant Le Creuest version is perfect for all kinds of one-pot meals. Similar to a Dutch oven with an added handle, a cassadou functions like an extra-deep frying pan. It has a wide surface area, which is handy for cooking chicken breasts and pork chops, and the high sides help prevent splatters. With this pot, I’ll be cooking up chili, spaghetti sauce, and mac and cheese all autumn long — and though it rarely goes on sale, right now it’s 30% off.

Crock-Pot 7-Quart Slow Cooker

Amazon

Amazon

$50

$30

While I do love to cook, there are some nights when I am exhausted and just need a painless way to get dinner on the table. That’s where I think this 7-quart Crock-Pot might come in handy. The large capacity is perfect for big family dinners, and the oval shape fits large cuts of meat, like pot roast, short ribs, and several chicken breasts. With just three settings for low, high, and warm, I don’t have to worry about navigating any fancy settings — this slow cooker is truly a set it and forget it appliance. From slow cooker baked pasta to chicken pot pie, I can still cook a wide variety of dishes my family will enjoy, even if it doesn’t take that much effort.

NutriChef Baking Pans, Set of 3

Amazon

Amazon

$34

$19

With the holiday season coming up, I know I will be baking so many cookies and roasting big batches of Brussels sprouts and broccoli. I’ll need baking sheets that can hold up under high heat without warping, and won’t stain with grease or caked on food after a couple uses. That’s why I have my eye on this set of three NutriChef baking pans. Not only does the nonstick coating require less scrubbing when it comes time to clean them, but they also have silicone grips on each side so they’re easier to remove from the oven. At 44% off for the whole set, this is a can’t-miss deal.

Seseno Refrigerator Organizer Bins, Set of 12

Amazon

Amazon

$50

$30

Organizing my refrigerator is an ongoing process, and it’s still not completely handled yet. I just might need these refrigerator organization bins. There are so many snacks, cans of seltzer, packages of butter and cream cheese, and condiments in the refrigerator. Consolidating them in these bins makes it easier to find what I’m looking for and easier to tell what’s empty or expired and needs to be replaced. And because these also fit in cabinets, I can get all my canned goods and dried pasta organized, too.

Sunnydaze Black Crossweave Large Outdoor Fire Pit

Amazon

Amazon

$249

$200

A while back, we had to cover up our in-ground fire pit in the backyard because people were constantly tripping over the stones that surrounded it. I have been waiting for a large covered fire pit like this one to go on sale as a replacement. $200 seems like a great deal on an above ground fire pit that I will use all autumn long. I can just picture it now: Throwing a blanket over my shoulders and enjoying the crackling fire in my backyard on a cool fall night with a couple friends and a bottle of wine. One shopper who has friends over to enjoy their fire pot wrote, “We love sitting around this fire pit that creates a nice ambiance, that warms, and that does not smoke,” and they added that it has “very good ventilation that keeps the fire burning.”

Le Tauci Pasta Bowls, Set of 4

Amazon

Amazon

$42

$33

I’m always so busy looking for my next favorite kitchen appliance that I rarely stop to check if my dinnerware needs a refresh. These pasta bowls will make a great addition to my dinnerware collection. At 8.5-inches wide and 2-inches deep, they are wider than regular soup bowls, so there is more space for pasta and big salads (which I sometimes eat out of mixing bowls in desperation). Ingredients don’t get hidden or buried at the bottom of these bowls, either, which makes for a more aesthetically pleasing presentation at the dinner table.

Vitamix 5200 Blender

$550

$300

Nearly seven years ago I bought a Vitamix blender for myself, and since then I’ve become devoted to the brand. I use it to puree vegetables for soup, and it even doubles as a food processor, pulverizing cookies and graham crackers for pie crust. That’s why I was so excited to see that this Vitamix blender with a 64-ounce capacity and 10 speed settings is 45% off — that’s a deep, and rare, discount for such a high end appliance. The stainless steel blades can chop, grind, and emulsify ingredients without breaking a sweat, and trust me when I say it will last for years to come without showing any signs of wearing out.

Staub 0.5-Quart Petite Ceramic Pumpkin

Amazon

Amazon

$57

$25

I usually have trouble getting into the Halloween spirit, but this adorable Staub ceramic pumpkin might be just what I need to get me there this year. The smooth matte black exterior is stylish while still being festive, and it makes the perfect vessel for holding candy and other snacks all Autumn long. But what I really love about it, besides the fact that fulfills my desire for spooky season decorations that are a little more low key than the norm, is that it's oven safe up to 572°F, so I can use it a small vessel for baked dips at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Nespresso VertuoPlus Deluxe Coffee and Espresso Machine

Amazon

Amazon

$250

$175

I do own an espresso machine but I rarely use it — to be honest it intimidates me. But this Nespresso coffee maker caught my eye because it looks so easy to use. With the touch of just one button, it can brew either a 5 or 8-ounce cup of coffee, or a single or double espresso (with a layer of milk froth on top). The water heats up in just 25 seconds (according to the brand) so you don’t have to wait long for your caffeinated beverage, either. Plus, the 60-ounce water tank is large enough that you don’t have to waste time throughout your day continually refilling it. And there’s even more good news for people with small kitchens: At 5.6 by 16.2 by 12.8-inches, it's compact enough to fit neatly on your countertop without getting in the way.
