  • 8 whole wheat spaghetti

  • 1 unsalted butter

  • 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced

  • 2 littleneck or Manila clams, scrubbed

  • 1/4 crushed red pepper

  • 1 fresh lemon juice

  • 1 grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
