Move over, Aperol, there’s a new spritz in town! The Campari spritz—bubbly, bitter, and very refreshing—is the perfect drink for a leisurely pre-dinner hang or happy hour with friends. Ingredients

    (1/2") grapefruit wedges, plus thin slices for serving

  • 12 oz.

    Campari, chilled

  • 12 oz.

    Prosecco or sparkling wine, chilled

  • 8 oz.

    grapefruit seltzer or club soda, chilled

  • Ice

Directions

  1. Squeeze juice from grapefruit wedges into a medium glass measuring cup, then add Campari and stir to combine. Divide Campari mixture among 4 wine glasses.

  2. Pour 3 ounces Prosecco and 2 ounces seltzer into each glass. Add a thin grapefruit slice, then fill glasses with ice.
