Sophie Turner Spotted Having Girl's Night Out With Taylor Swift Amid Divorce From Joe Jonas

Taylor Swift said "picture me thick as thieves with your ex wife" and meant it. The Eras Tour performer stepped out in NYC on Tuesday for dinner at Via Carota with Sophie Turner amid her messy divorce from Joe Jonas, Harpers Bazaar reports.

The pair was captured by paparazzi strolling toward the restaurant arm in arm for what we can only imagine to be a dinner dedicated to roasting Jonas. ICYMI, the boy bander dated Swift back in 2008, before infamously breaking up with her in a "27-second" phone call that inspired the hit "Mr. Perfectly Fine."

After grabbing dinner at celeb-loved Italian joint, the duo took their girls night to Temple Bar, where they downed "many martinis" and "caviar bumps," according to Page Six.

Turner has remained relatively low key since news of the split hit tabloids, until last night that is. And fans are eating up every minute of it.

"Oh Joe Jonas, your days are numbered!" one user wrote on Twitter, while another chimed in, "Sophie Turner and Taylor Swift had the opportunity to do the funniest thing ever and they did."

"I know both of them were probably giggling while texting about going out together," a third person wrote.

Joe Jonas filed the petition for dissolution of marriage, claiming their union was "irretrievably broken." Following the legal action, the pair shared a joint statement on Instagram.

"After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage. There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children."

The former couple began dating in 2016 and tied the knot in Las Vegas in May 2019, before hosting a larger, formal bash in France the next month. Jonas and Turner welcomed their daughter Willa, now 3, in July 2020, and their second daughter in July 2022.

While rumors have plagued the couple since their split (like that alleged Ring Camera footage), Jonas himself told fans not to "believe" anything they don't hear directly from his "lips."
