Sophie Turner Speaks Out After Paparazzi Take Photos of Her Daughter: “It’s Disgusting”

Like many other celebrity parents, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have been extremely private when it comes to their daughter, Willa, ever since she was born in July 2020. Earlier this week, however, Page Six obtained and published some paparazzi shots of Sophia and Willa on their site. While they later took the article down, Sophie went on her Instagram Stories to discuss her feelings about it.

"I just woke up," Sophie said in a darkly lit video. She explained that she just found out about the photos. "I am not posting pictures of my daughter and making sure that we can avoid paparazzi at all costs is because I explicitly do not want those photos out there. She is my daughter. She did not ask for this life, to be photographed."

Sophie continued, "It's f*cking creepy that grown old men are taking pictures of a baby without their permission. I'm sickened, I'm disgusted and I'm respectfully asking everyone to stop following us around and stop trying to take pictures of our daughter and especially printing them."

She ended her statement, saying, "It's disgusting and you do not have my permission."

While Sophie and Joe don't share photos of Willa, they love a good throwback pregnancy pic of Sophie. In fact, Joe caused some confusion among fans when he posted a photo of his pregnant wife in honor of Mother's Day over the weekend. He didn't label the photo as a throwback and some thought the couple may be pregnant again. It seems like, though, it was simply an old photo.
