Sophie Turner Reportedly In 'Good Spirits' & 'Taking Shots' Just Days Before Joe Filed For Divorce

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner's impending divorce has completely annihilated my hopeless romantic spirit. After seemingly out-of-nowhere rumors that the Hollywood couple was going their separate ways, the boy bander and Game of Thrones star confirmed news of their split on social media.

"After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage," Jonas and Turner said in a joint statement. "There are many speculative narratives as to why, but truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children."

And while, personally, I'm still mourning their breakup with a little help from my good pals Ben & Jerry, Turner was reportedly in "high spirits" just days leading up to the Joe's divorce filing. While celebrating the wrap for her new series Joan, Sophie hit up Birmingham, England, bar Dropshot, where the manager Hezron Stephenson said she seemed "really down to earth."

Turner arrived for the private event between 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. and "seemed very happy" while playing beer pong and pool, and even "paid for a round of shots." She left the venue around 2 a.m. after "dancing to Eminem."

"She said that I made her the best mojito that she'd ever had in her life," Stephenson added, according to PEOPLE.

Jonas officially filed for divorce on Tuesday, claiming the marriage was "irretrievably broken." According to sources, the pair was not separated at the time of the filing but have been "living separate lives for months" and "haven't gotten along in a while." The former couple is "hoping to resolve all this amicably."

Speculation has also been flying over the reason for their split. According to TMZ, one source claims "she likes to party, he likes to stay at home. They have very different lifestyles." Jonas also reportedly saw something happening on their shared Ring camera—though it's unclear if it's something Turner said or did that was caught on tape—that ultimately pushed him to file for divorce.
