Summer is almost here, and Sophie Turner just debuted a new hairstyle to celebrate the start of the season. Ahead of the long weekend, the actress shared a post-salon selfie to her Instagram Stories, surprising everyone with a set of choppy full bangs.
"Ya gal's bang'd up," she wrote alongside the photo of her freshly-shorn fringe.

In the snapshot, Sophie wore her long blonde hair in beach waves with her bangs hitting just above her eyes. Minimal makeup, gold jewelry, and a white tank top completed the carefree summer look.

The last time Sophie made a hair change this major was after filming Game of Thrones back in 2019. She looked almost unrecognizable with a shag haircut and blunt bangs, courtesy of hairstylist Christian Wood. The transformation was only temporary, and within a few days, she went back to her signature side-parted style.
Aside from her incredible hair, Sophie has also been serving up plenty of inspiration in the style department lately. Earlier this month, the new mom wore a sheer top with the deepest V-neck for a dinner date with Joe Jonas, and days earlier, she was the epitome of sexy business-causal in a plunging minidress and a black crossbody bag.
