Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas Were Chic and Affectionate at Vanity Fair's Oscars After-Party

Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas had a very high profile date night at this evening's Vanity Fair Oscars after-party. The two posed on the carpet together, Jonas in a black suit, and Turner wearing a red empire waist dress. They showed a little affection in front of the cameras:
Turner and Jonas are expecting their second child together later this year. A source spoke to Entertainment Tonight in early March about how excited they are about their new addition. “Sophie and Joe were overjoyed to learn they are expecting a second child,” the source said. “They both have siblings and didn’t want their daughter to be an only child and have talked about having a bigger family. The couple recently celebrated Sophie’s birthday, as well as the pregnancy.”
Neither Turner nor Jonas have verbally confirmed Turner's pregnancy themselves. The two also never publicly confirmed their first pregnancy either with their daughter Willa; their reps merely confirmed news of Turner giving birth in July 2020. “Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas are delighted to announce the birth of their baby,” they said in a statement to People. No further details were shared then.
However, Turner spoke to ELLE in March 2020 a little about her marriage to Jonas and how it differs from dating him. (The two first started dating in October 2016 and got engaged in October 2017. They got legally married in Las Vegas in May 2019 then had a formal French wedding the following month.)
“I feel like the only thing that’s changed for me is having this incredible sense of security. Just the word husband and the word wife—it just solidifies the relationship,” Turner said. “I love being married. I think it’s wonderful. I’m sure we’ll have our hiccups and our different things. But right now, it’s like the security and the safety is everything.”
