Sophie Turner Is an Ethereal Mermaid at 'Devotion' Premiere with Joe Jonas

Sophie Turner looked like she was pulled straight out of a fairytale last night at the Toronto International Film Festival.

The Game of Thrones star and husband Joe Jonas arrived at the premiere of Devotion in Toronto, Canada, in contrasting red carpet looks. Turner was enchanting in a colorful floor-length gown embellished with silky petals in different pastel hues—warm peach, light blue, powder pink—and thin spaghetti straps.

The show-stopping piece needed no accessories, so Turner kept things simple, wearing only diamond drop earrings and her engagement ring and wedding band, and coordinating her glam to match the rosy tones of the dress. The star wore dusty pink eyeshadow and blush, as well as a glossy pink lip. Her fiery red hair, meanwhile, was as striking as her dress—styled in glamorous waves, making her look like an ethereal mermaid.

Jonas embraced his wife on the carpet, looking ultra cool in a black velvet blazer held together by a diamond cluster brooch. The plunging V-neckline revealed his bare chest, as well as a long silver chain necklace with small round diamonds. He styled the blazer with a pair of matching black trousers with wide legs that split in two at the ankles, and glossy black square-toe dress shoes.

Jonas stars in the new film, which tells the story of two U.S. Navy fighter pilots who fight one of the Korean War’s most intense battles in the early 1950s. The original story was told in the book of the same title by Adam Makos, and was adapted to the screen by director JD Dillard.

Turner and Jonas's red carpet appearance last night was their first since welcoming their second daughter this past July. The pair have not yet revealed the child's name, and have kept things low-key since her birth. Last month, they were seen taking a casual walk in Miami with daughter Willa, 1, in a trip to celebrate the Jonas Brother singer's 33rd birthday.
